Kinda curious, since there seems to be two or three others here on the board that live in the Louisville area - do you hit the Wednesday tapings much?
I probably go about 2-3 times a months, with an occasional houseshow as well. I'm a big fan of the houseshows due to the small crowds and relaxed atmosphere. I mean, how often can you be waiting in line at the refreshment stand behind Jim Cornette himself?
For those who don't live in Louisville, have you been getting tapes of the television shows or perhaps live in Lexington (where they just started showing it on Saturday nights)?
You should give it another show, DD, the crowd is let in now at 7 for the 8:00 taping, so if you get there about quarter til 7, you can usually get in for sure (and msot of the time you could come in after 7 and you'll make it). Last week's show was the first in a long time where the place was completely packed.
I remember a couple of times going over the the old "David arena" and being shut out due to busloads of kids as well. Doesn't seem to happen now, though.
