At "Survivor Series" next Sunday Vince burries Undertaker alive with the help of Stephanie. After this it is announced that Taker won't be back in WWE. Vince goes to get Steph her GM spot back but Heyman refuses. After a long Vince/Steph vs. Heyman feud, Vince manages to get Steph back as GM.
Right before the "No Way Out" PPV a promo airs saying that Undertaker is coming back at N.W.O to seek his revenge on Vince and Steph, and Vince is first. He challanges Vince to a Casket Match at N.W.O. At N.W.O Taker returns as the deadman and Vince is finally defeated. I wouldnt have Vince return for at least 6 months to a year.
Undertaker then declares that Steph is next. Steph is very scared and as GM she brings in someone from RAW to destroy Undertaker. This person would be Kane. This would start the Kane/Taker feud that would cumilate with a match at WMania.
I don't think anybody wants another UT vs. Vince match, much less as the main event. I guess setting up Kane/UT for WM is good if they're going to do that but really, do we need Vince vs. UT again? And as the main event? No Way Out would be better for testing out Eddie or Cena as a main eventer.
The main reason I would have Vince in the casket match is just as a way to get him off TV. Taker can finally get his revenge and put Vince in the casket gettin rid of him.

Vince disappearing a month before the 20th anniversary of Mania at sacred Madison Square Garden? I doubt his ego would allow that.
Why Pro Wrestling proves the INS cannot keep terrorists out of the United States: If a felon like Nathan Jones is allowed into the United States with no special skills (unless being totally inept in the ring counts, but I think there are enough totally inept people in the US to keep that skill from being unique or special), then how the hell can they justify keeping anyone else out?

Technically, WM20 will be the *19th* anniversary of WM. ;-)
I don't think they should wait until No Way Out to begin building Kane/UT. Although the first time they did it, they started at the October PPV until Wrestlemania 14. Why not have the angle you described at the Royal Rumble, and instead of UT taking Vince out, Vince enlists Kane's help to destroy Undertaker, who can return in Dead Man attire in the weeks before Wrestlemania, to stop the Kane/Vince pairing? Ahh, fantasy booking.
If WWE is gonna bring back the Deadman gimmick, it has to be a surprise. They can't have any sort of promo or anything to hype it. When they do promos for returns, it completely destroys them. You need to have the element of surprise.
WWE announces at the PPV they've signed Goldberg. The next night, The Rock comes out and gives his "I've beaten everyone there is to beat speech." The crown goes crazy chanting for Goldberg.
The element of surprise was completely blown. If Goldberg was kept a secret, when his music hit, the crown would've gone freaking crazy.
Well if Vince was REALLY going to go away then they don't need to wait until No Way Out, the could do some other gimmick match, like maybe a buried alive match? And they could have it....oh i don't know, maybe at Survivor Series? That should be when he disappears for a long time, but it won't. He'll be back, he'll be at Armageddon, he'll be at Royal Rumble, he'll be at No Way Out, he'll be at WM XX.
