If you're able to and you're not me, something must be broken.
There's an "Add New Reply" button, but it takes you to a page that says something like "You can't post here." I don't know exactly what it says because it redirects too damn fast.

The Add Reply buttons are gone from threads, but there's still a nonfunctional Add New Thread button in the Banished folder.
