use "s" in the <> brackets to begin and /s also in the brackets to end it. I think there is a more "accepted way", but this works.

Edit: Test ... wanted to make sure that I knew what I was talking about.

For what it's worth, I have my cache setting to "Automatically compare cache with page", with 4096KB of memory cache and 50000 KB of disk cache. And if I work offline my cache works fine. Sadly I don't think it's the cache.
