| #5 Posted on 15.2.08 1641.07 | I was at this CZW show last Saturday, and for the most part the fans were gracious enough to cheer and boo when they were supposed to. After the first take, some of us got restless for sure. They did two takes of one scene and then they actually filmed crowd reactions during a CZW match involving LuFisto. That in my mind is when the crowd got a little peeved.
They had two more times when they did scenes for the movie. There is also the factor that the show went very long. They started at 7pm instead of 8 because of the filming. Even with that, the show didn't get done until almost 1am.
Also, on the day before the CZW show (friday), they brought people down to the Arena to do more taping of the movie. I wasn't there for that, but I was told that they filmed from 3pm to 2am that day. Some of those people were there both days, which must have been hell.
Still, knowing how crazy and heelish the fans can get for normal CZW shows, I believe that we on the whole were pretty good. I know I responded the way they wanted me to, mostly because I love Pi and Requiem For a Dream.
