The pre-credit sequence shows us how Glenn and Daryl found Bob, alone and spiritually bereft, and invited him into their fold with Rick's Questions Three.

Maggie, Sasha, and Bob survive a short fog fight with walkers, and Maggie decides to leave the pair to go to Terminus, convinced Glenn will go there too. Sasha wants to settle down in a town along the tracks, a notion made more tempting after nights spent sleeping (or not) in the open air. She in fact does this, and Bob continues on to help Maggie make it to Terminus. He refuses to give up hope and accuses her of closing herself down her emotions about Tyrese. Maggie has left walker-blood signs along the way to encourage Glenn to meet her in Terminus. As Bob moves on, Sasha finds a swank studio loft, and, by sheer coincidence, Maggie about to be attacked. The pair fend off the walkers and reconcile -- Maggie admitting she needs help, and Sasha admitting she's afraid. They catch up to Bob and continue along the tracks.

Meanwhile, Daryl continues to train Beth in the crossbow arts. She's hobbled by an animal trap, and the pair find refuge in a funeral home. It's clean and well-stocked, and Daryl suggests they stay. He also admits Beth has changed his perception of good people in this ruined world. A dog appears on the porch and runs off. When Daryl hears it return, he opens the front door and in pour walkers. He escapes the house and see a car driving off, presumably with Beth inside. He gives chase on foot before collapsing in a crossroads and finds himself surrounded by a small pack of men also armed with bows, arrows, and rifles. Daryl decides to join them and their charismatic leader Joe.

The show ends with Glenn finding his first Terminus sign. Will he, as Maggie believes, go there to find her? Or does he stay in the world and look for her?

Seems like everyone is headed to Terminus where they might met the people they seek most. I would rather we lose someone along the way and avoid the all-inclusive happy reunion, although Tyrese doesn't know about Carol's confession to Rick. The previews of next week suggest some disclosure of this.

We again see walkers shamble past the living, apparently unable to detect them even in close proximity. We could chalk that up to the degradation of the older walkers, I suppose. Daryl's casual air at the funeral home almost killed them both, and the walkers again go into stealth mode so they could pounce.

A coworker pointed out that one of the men that surrounded Daryl was the same man on the porch when Rick had to avoid the 'bikers'.

Clever editing in the scene where Daryl was avoiding Walkers in the funeral home. He's down a flight of stairs and next you know they're on top of him navigating the stairs flawlessly. So, they can get down a flight of stairs but can't detect that there's a human in a car trunk inches away from them?

I can kinda see the walkers getting distracted by the thunderstorm and following that away from last week's car trunk. That's the best reason why they'd leave a human Hot Pocket.

But I also remember that the first season walkers seemed to at least manage ladders (to get to Merle) and definitely could work doorknobs. But stuff like stairs ... I dunno. Maybe the newer walkers still retain some simple skills until the brain parts erode more. Maybe it's just The Walking MacGuffins now that we've established the characters.
