He's my first guess, too. I had another guess, but it was blown after I saw one of the various trailers floating around the Interwebs.
Or, third guess: it could be the other douchebags from Philly catching up to the group. I don't see much dramatic tension in that, though. It'd just be a re-hash of what went on with the prisoners, yet on the other side of the fence.
Aside from "Big Tiny", I missed any names of the prisoner, so I began to call the evil/leader guy "Razor Ramon". Then Rick off'ed him and he was "Machete Ramon" for a split second.

Since the show began, I kinda' thought that "The Walking Dead" applied to the survivors in a way. With Rick seemingly distancing himself from Lori, it seems to fit even more.
Agree that it was a strong episode. It was sad to see Vito's children reading about his death (with details) in the newspaper - IMO it brought a deeper level to his death. I think AJ is "this close" to joining the family business.
