Does Carolina have a legit shot at 0-16? If you can't win against an opposing QB that throws for 32 yards and 4 INT's, then who CAN you win against?

They get the 49ers and Cardinals at home in early games, and that usually is a weakness for West Coast teams. But, right now, anything north of 2 wins would be impressive for Carolina.
