It's so great to see it again. I would have loved it if he was on Smackdown and would have the cruiserweight roster to use the move on, but that's sort of looking a gift horse in the mouth. Huzzah for the Vertabreaker! Now if they could bring back those dancing Nitro Girls, it would be all good... Promote this thread!

AIM: # 2 Posted on 20.10.02 2004.18 It was damn good to see the return of the Vertebreaker. It's so funny because I was hanging around an mp3 site and downloaded it from when Shane was in the WCW. I was shocked to see it tonight. More glad than shocked, though.

Spike Dudley? That's about it... So true. I'd only look for the Vertebreaker to make an occasional appearence like the Tombstone. "See Nash, you can wear any Halloween costume you want to, but you know and I know that you're only half the man that I am - and I have half the brain that you do." Ah, I miss Sid. So much endless material.

Sad they couldn't have put it over as the coolest finisher ever...cause we all know it is. jr *called* the move.. but it sounded more like "vertebreazur" or something.. rather than the real name. but hey, you know, whatever it's going to take to get that on my screen! i think i'm going to have to add that match to my "best of the wwe" collection JUST for that one move.. because the rest of the match was nothing special.
This is just horrible sad news. Curt Hennig was one of my top 3 favorites in all of the mid 90s. His wrestling, character and I even really liked his stint as an announcer.
