| #1 Posted on 20.10.02 1930.44 | Hurricane just beat Steven Richards with the vertabreaker on Heat and JR called it and everything. It's so great to see it again. I would have loved it if he was on Smackdown and would have the cruiserweight roster to use the move on, but that's sort of looking a gift horse in the mouth. Huzzah for the Vertabreaker!
Now if they could bring back those dancing Nitro Girls, it would be all good...| Promote this thread! | | Ticamo

| #2 Posted on 20.10.02 2004.18 | It was damn good to see the return of the Vertebreaker. It's so funny because I was hanging around an mp3 site and downloaded it from when Shane was in the WCW. I was shocked to see it tonight.
More glad than shocked, though. | Feely

So true. I'd only look for the Vertebreaker to make an occasional appearence like the Tombstone.

| #5 Posted on 20.10.02 2012.51 | It's just too bad Lawler gave it the "what was that?" treatment, and JR gave it a casual passing over as "he calls it the Vertebreaker."
Sad they couldn't have put it over as the coolest finisher ever...cause we all know it is.

| #6 Posted on 20.10.02 2125.08 | | jr *called* the move.. but it sounded more like "vertebreazur" or something.. rather than the real name. but hey, you know, whatever it's going to take to get that on my screen! i think i'm going to have to add that match to my "best of the wwe" collection JUST for that one move.. because the rest of the match was nothing special. |
