I'm still watching this show. I still don't know why.
Thank GOD that Mack and Tiffy decided to stay on the show! I was sure they were GONE! (So will she go back to sleeping with the colonel?) And at least their kid will be happy - until the next show where they need to come up with some other problem for her to have. Because "TV" people think the problems at HOME are somehow more EXCITING than BLOWING PEOPLE UP IN OTHER COUNTRIES. WHY do I keep watching this show? ('cause Jonas blew up a buncha stuff and killed two dozen Pakistanis!) Oh.
The "wottatwist" is so obligatory that its impact is totally lost. I REALLY hope they can find a way to get away that gimmick this season.
I guess I should at least point out that what's his name, you know, Scott Foley plays him, that guy is no longer treated as a "new guy" given all the witty rapport he was having with Jonas - almost too much, in a "we get it already" way - but...well, I still don't remember his character's name, so that's a problem. For me more than the show, maybe.
Since I DVR'd it, I didn't think to give it another hour and catch "Smith" but it was nice of them to end the show at 8:59 so I could watch the first minute. It didn't make me instantly regret NOT watching it, though, which was probably the intent.

Some guys from work went to a matinee today and were raving about it tonight. Very gory and bloody, but over the top and silly. Their recommendation: worth matinee prices, not full price.
