|  #1 Posted on 21.10.02 0706.24 | After last month's tremor in Birmingham (upgraded to 5.0 from 4.8), Manchester City Centre has been suffering minor tremors (3.0+ measured at 2.00am) which are increasing in strength throughout the day. Several tall offices have been evacuated as a precaution in case there is a 'big' (by British standards) quake. There seems to be more activity in this country than previously recorded.
