Ok so we're finally getting the split. At first I was really torn about it. Having wrestlers exclusive to one company isn't a real big deal, but my cable company doesn't carry The Score (the canadian channel that airs smackdown) so I was upset because I wouldn't get to see some of my favorites anymore. But then when Linda told me that I would never have to see Vince McMahon on my tv ever again, I suddenly became a little more open to it. Only watching RAW is like reading a book with every second page missing, sometimes you don't know whats going on, you gotta watch the weekend shows or read the net to find out what went down on SmackDown. Now I'm going to be missing out on seeing some wrestlers but things will be a little more easy to follow, less to keep track of. Though I almost wish they would just go full out and make them two entirely distinct entities. None of the champions appearing on both shows. Maybe that is the road they will eventually go down. Hey maybe one day Vince will even sell one of the "entities".
Funny that you mention Vince selling one of his "entities." As it turned out, my grandmother gave me some cash as an early Easter gift and I bought JAKKED/Metal. Expect a new direction. Namely... lots and lots of German stump porn; and even less wrestling.
Who get's the matches on Heat and Jakked??? will this issue be addressed or will there be no matches on them? will excess be a recap of both brands??? they got's lots o splainin to do.

Well, assuming they keep it how it is now, Heat is taped right before Smackdown. It would be pretty wierd to have Raw guys wrestling at (presumably) live Smackdown tapings.
that would kind of suck for me because i don't get Jakked and I think (because I hope he takes the cruisers, youngsters and women) I will like Flair's "Brand" better than Vince's. But I also read on wrestlezone (and I take most of their "news" with less than a grain of salt) that the opposite will be true and that Vince wants the up and comers and Flair is taking Hogan, HHH etc.

Wait...the ENTIRE Cactus/Vader series from 1993? Does that include the really VIOLENT match from WCW TV where Foley got powerbombed on his head on the concrete? I've been wanting to see that match since I became a wrestling fan!
