Didn't even know this was a thing, but I can't wait to see it. I don't think there's anybody who doesn't like Bill Hader, and I know Wiig is a 50/50 love/hate thing for a lot of people, but this looks pretty great.
Checked this out the other day and it's a really good movie, a character study by two actors who show a lot of nice range and depth beyond SNL. I stand by my opinion that Wiig is a major talent who was simply overexposed on SNL and had a few too many crappy characters --- she can really act and might actually be better suited for drama than comedy.
"It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball
Nothing really notable here. Had a few decent moments, but the main plot kinda feel flat with me. Can't say I saw the gay kiss coming, but it didn't really make or break the episode. Then the gay jokes and the innuendo just kept coming and...well...
