So this show goes into a bit of uncharted territory, as Skinner finally stands up to Superintendent Chalmers. Chalmers is one of those guys that's had supporting roles, but I don't think has ever had his own episode to shine without Skinner. It looked like it was going to devolve into the cliched "Bart gets Authority Figure X" fired, but Bart taking over the school led to some funny moments.
Best part of the episode was the Breakfast Club/Fight Club flashback. "Thank God they haven't gone on to do anything else."
Bart: Yo, teachwads! The Brotherhood of the Spectacles have taken over the school!
Mr. Largo: Oh no, please, don't make us start our weekends early.
Miss Hoover: Our paychecks are in there.
Mr. Largo: AAAAAAH! Why didn't I sign up for direct deposit???

The show had some nice moments, but nothing outstanding. Chalmers has always been a good supporting character, and they didn't overdo it with him here.
