Moe tossing the giant E and having it land on the old peoples' Scrabble board was easily the funniest thing I've seen all night.
I never imagine Mr. Largo to putt from the other side of the green. Loved the "drum roll, please!" gag.
As has been the case with this show for a while, the endings were a bit...sudden. Skinner's ending, in particular, just came out of nowhere.
Still, better than some of this season's duds.

Was wondering how far they'd go with the Moe/Harvey Milk spoof aside from the opening to his speech, since it's not exactly a good topic for satire.

| #3 Posted on 17.1.11 1139.39 | Instant Rating: 9.00 | I thought the b-plot was barely there for the first half, but then was the focus for the second. That was odd. Still, it did nothing for me, and like Big Bad said, seemed like a waste of Alyson Hannigan (and even Kristen Wiig).
I like Moe so I enjoy the episodes based around him - and enjoyed the nod to other Moe's Bar makeovers. Did we always know Chalmers' first name was Gary? |
