Nothing beats the first segment of this one. The cheesy Tic-Tac-Toe movie trailer was really funny stuff and is eerily accurate of what today's Hollywood is. It got better from there with Snake's reaction to the Christmas lights and all the ensuing chaos from the wind turbine.
The main whale plot was decent, but damn if Homer's ideas to get the whale back in the ocean weren't hilarious. Brain tug-o-war had me in fits for a good minute.
The rest of it seemed forgettable, but this episode was good for some laughs, so I'll give it a thumbs up.
I really, REALLY want Merle to become a trickster-like character - someone who disappears for a while, and then randomly shows up, Sometimes he'll screw with the Ricktatorship, sometimes with Woodbury...
