I think it's good that the genesis of this appears to be the creators wanting the extra time to do things according to their plan rather than the network wanting to keep a show going when those involved with it want out. Quite a bit can happen in 2 years for the future of any show, but all in all I'm psyched about this.
Star of the episode was, surprisingly, Toyman. Showed him as way more of a threat than he's ever been before. I call major bullshit on Killer Frost offing the Shade, though, and that was a rough way for Grodd to go.
