There was a previous trailer that was pretty awesome that had The Rock seething while a preacher on the radio ranted about forgiveness.
The new trailer adds a bit of a spoilerish detail about that preacher man.
It will have a theatrical release. How long it lasts in the theatres is anybody's guess, but based on The Expendables, I would guess that there is some pent-up demand for ass-kicking action films.
(c.f RED. I love Helen Mirren to bits, but the fact that we are all getting excited to see her toting around a machine-gun might, just-possibly indicate that we are a little starved for action heroes.)

I saw it at a free screening a week ago. I enjoyed it, but I was also glad it was free. It reminded me a little of The Simpsons episode when Homer and Ned went to Vegas and ended up marrying a couple of floozies, with Ed Helms as Ned and John C.
