Very interesting news here. Reposted from the above URL:
As many of you know, the Rock vs. Booker T match that the WWE hyped like crazy during all of last week was cancelled by show time on Monday. It appears that the Rock vetoed the match because he felt that doing the job to Booker would only benefit Triple H and not Booker T's singles push. Rock is reported to be very upset with Triple H weilding backstage political power and he felt that if Booker defeated the Rock on Raw, Triple H would end up beating Booker T at Wrestlemania. Once again, an idea that would only make Triple H look good. Rock also believes that the WWE has not really gotten behind Booker T for his singles push like they should have.
Interesting how this could turn out. If Rock has his way, could we see Booker T possibly go over Triple H at WrestleMania? I would hope so....
Professional wrestling is the only sport where participants are just thrown right into the audience, and no one in the crowd thinks anything unusual is happening. If you're watching a golf tournament and Jack Nicklaus goes flying over your head--first of all, I would say you're watching a very competitive sport. -- Jerry Seinfeld
From 1bob "NWA-TNA has come to terms with Hulk Hogan, who will be working what will no doubt be the promotion's biggest pay-per-view ever on 11/30. The three-hour broadcast will be headlined by Hogan vs. Jeff Jarrett.
