where does everyone think the Rock will fit in on RAW next week???
In radio intervies he said he would be @ RAW in LA to set up a match @ the AUgust 4th RAW in Vancouver where he is filming his next movie? Anybody know what might happen here?
RVD vs KANE and Jericho vs Michaels along with the STone Cold cliffhanger and an appearance by the ROCK make next weeks RAW the most anticipated of the year so far for me!

and thats all i have to say about that!

I would say it's probably going to be something along the lines of what he did RIGHT HERE... in San Diego on RAW. A long interview segment with some schmozz.

He's lined up for a match 8/5, so I imagine it will be some angle to set up that match.

I haven't heard much about The Rock being at RAW on Monday, though I haven't exactly been keeping an ear to the radio. I wouldn't mind seeing him show up. Although i've already been to a RAW (last September), I have yet to experience that enourmous pop that the crowd gives when he comes out. Hell, I haven't even heard the "glass shatter" live. So this'll all make my live viewing experience much more enjoyable this Monday.

That makes me think of that first match between Rock and Storm, where Rocky stopped in the middle of the match and took a break from beating Lance's ass to put on a headset and read a list of possible career opportunities for his opponent. Here's hoping we get a sequel of sorts to that match up, with Rock taking a break to list possible gimmicks Storm could use to overcome his tendency to bore the fans.

Oh joy, Linda McMahon and the Reject from the Copa on the same show. If 'The Disappointment' returns from his yeast infection, this could be the crappiest RAW in a long time, despite the Michaels/Jericho match.

I dearly hope that the Rock will be at Raw in Vancouver as it'll be my first live show and seeing him and Austin on the bill would be way cool. Yeah he's tired and has been recycling the same shtick for years but still...its Rocky and I plan to mark like a fiend!

Yeah ... you gotta think that they'd hype the Rock being on RAW ...

Maybe a match with Flair for the 08/04 RAW? ... that could get some viewers interested ... the Greatest wCw champ vs. (possibly) the greatest WWE champ ...

I don't know, I'm thinking their would be a whole lot more advertising of him making an appearance.

*wonders how the ratings reflected the Rock's last appearance, runs and checks*... June 2nd rating was 3.9 which was up from 3.7 the week before. Nothing too drastic a nice little jump

What IS your problem? Seriously. The Rock is great on the stick, great in the ring, waaay over and a good draw. Do you just hate successful people or something?

well, time to burst the bubble I guess. Just saw this on 411, courtesy of the Observer:

The Rock is not expected to appear on RAW tomorrow night in Los Angeles. He had made some radio appearances over the last two weeks stating he would be on the show, but will likely be busy due to his movie schedule. So unless there is a last minute change, he will not be on the show.

Goldberg, however, is scheduled to make his return on RAW tomorrow

Oh well. I guess there's still a slight chance, but it seems pretty unlikely now.

I hated him when he played college football at Miami, hated him when he was shoved down people's throats as the Blue Chipper, hell, I even hated him during the beloved Nation's days. He's repetitive on the mic with a voice that makes me long for fingers scratching on a chalkboard, and he's vastly overrated in the ring (its been 4 years, learn how to apply a Scorpion Deathlock properly). He singlehandedly buried Booker T and Lance Storm in one night back in 2001 (the Booker midget to bury Booker, and the Midget Elbow applied to Storm).

It will be interesting with Goldberg returning tommorow on RAW weather they begin the buildup to TripleH vs. Goldberg @ Summerslam.
Also, I guess house show cards will feature Randy Orton vs. Booker T before Summerslam. Could that storyline take off tommorow as well?? I think Booker is done with Christian.
Should be an action packed RAW.
Also, I cant wait to see Smackdown taping August 12th here in St. Louis. It will be the first Smackdown show in St. Louis since the brand extension.

I've only watched TNA in bits and pieces the last few months, and I've been wondering this for a couple weeks now: When did AJ Styles become so dumb? And why is arguably the best wrestler in the promotion playing a comedy lackey to Christian?
