Wow, what an unexpected treat! I hope he's here to stay. Michaelangelo's GB&U recaps of Nitro always made it worth watching. Now that the WWF is headed in the same direction, it'll be a joy to check it out Tuesday mornings. WELCOME BACK!

They gotta bring these back!!!:
"talk to the hand because the man don't understand." - "The Crippler" Chris Benoit
"...and that is the LAST WORD." - "The Big Nasty" Paul Wight
and of course: "Don't hate the playa...HATE THE GAME~!" - WCW World Champion Booker T

I agree wholeheartedly. The GBU was always one of my favorite reads, especially when I thought Nitro stunk because Michaelangelo was able to point out a few of the "shining" moments that I had missed. Please give us more of the Michaelangelo goodness.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. I was worried that I might be a little sub-par in my work and that anyone who ever read the old columns wouldn't even remember me.

It's nice to be wrong sometimes.

Thanks!

Well I got to reading your column a little late this week (like just now). Outstanding effort for the first time out of the blocks in a while! I will look forward to reading these again. I very much enjoy the reactions of others while they watch the show. That's why I have been a big fan of cfgb's Bits & Bites. It's nice getting a feel for what others think in real time. So, between Michealangelo, cfgb and the Brew Spew, my bases are covered.

Welcome Back!

Heh, it's been a while since I've seen ANYTHING of yours new... and I must say that you've been missed. It was very nice to see one of the old columnists return - hopefully for a while.

I only have one question:
Whatever happened to CyanIndigo?

Right on!

GB&U was probably my favorite guest column on the Slash when I first started visiting. It's great to see it return. I feel as if something has come full circle. Not sure what, but something.

I got a couple of e-mails asking about CyanIndigo. I didn't think that many people would remember me, let alone her, so I didn't refer to her in this week's column for that reason.

For the "insiders" who are in the know, Cyan and I have been together for 2 years now. We live together in New England and our relationship has been moving forward swimmingly.

I really liked this column. Even though WCW Nitro was killing Raw in the Ratings, you could tell which company was on the way up and which was on the way down.
