I thought this one was very good.
Dwight as a sheriff's deputy is funny. I especially liked when he found out that Angela isn't taking any prescriptions (which means no birth control). Michael not sure if it was a clove cigarette or a joint that he was smoking was also funny. There was a wealth of funny stuff with Jim & Pam. Pam making sure that Kelly keeps talking, her look of amazement at seeing Jim pull out the fake crying, Stanley catching Jim doing an imitation of him. All very good.

"Michael's highfalutin attempts to resolve conflicts in the office only serve to stir up petty differences and forgotten arguments among his employees, causing bedlam and tumult at Dunder Mifflin. Also, the workers get their ID photos taken; and (some) staffers receive Pam's save-the-date notices for her wedding." |

Two left in the year: Next week's Conflict Resolution, then the 40-minute season finale entitled Casino Night, in which (according to the NBC presser) "big gambles" are taken by the staff.

I wonder if Pam (Jenna Fischer) will play poker...
I liked the ending to the episode, with Jim questioning the Dwight/Michael relationship after not talking all day. A bit heavy handed perhaps, but I liked it. |
