I'm pretty sure realism was never a goal of this show, no. It exists to bring the funny, not to explore the meta'ness of a documentary of an office.

Unless said exploration brings the funny.

I like to assume that they are airing the documentary, and its a huge hit in the same sort of places where Michael Jackson is still the biggest pop star in the world. Hence it keeps on going, but no one here gives a crap.

I took the kids to see this on the IMAX bigscreen this weekend, and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. While Robin Williams has certainly done better animated work, this was still just a lot of fun.
