Loved Re-Cyclops and especially the parade of receptionists over the past five years. (Who can forget Ronni? Okay, I had to look her up.)

Loved Jim putting Ryan in his place, literally. Jim vs. Ryan has been brewing since Jim got back from Stamford and Ryan was sitting at his old desk. And Ryan was an absolute dick to him when he had Jan's old job. Jim finally succeeded in doing something as a manager that Michael would never have done.

I noticed the hotel they used for the shareholder's meeting was the same one they used last season on the Business Trip to Winnepeg. That one also involved Michael, Oscar, and Andy on a field trip from Scranton.

Too bad those stuck up corporate assholes who run Dunder Mifflin didn't get that all Michael Scott wanted to do was get a pop from the crowd.

They're really setting the stage for Dunder Mifflin to go under. I'm very curious where this major storyline is going.

Jim losing his shit over no respect has potential. Him just wanting to blast Ryan was classic.
The show seems like it gets better each week, which is great.

That was pretty swell. They even messed up Jim's hair from back before everyone on the show started looking glamorous. I'm not looking this up because, shouldn't have to. But I thought Ryan and Ronni were each on reception while Pam was at art school. So how on earth (day) did two Earth Days occur that semester.

That's exactly what I was wondering. But I did like to see Vintage Pam, even only for a second or two.

And Dwight's diatribe at the end was awesome.

Recyclops' evolution was fantastic, but Stanley totally won for his reaction and for mentioning Polluticorn. REVENGE!

They should know better than to let Michael Scott anywhere near a live microphone.

The dash to the limo and the shot of DMI dropping like a brick were fun touches as well.

Everything about Reclyclops was perfect, as was Jim's revenge on Ryan. The only thing that would've made it better would've been if Jim had apologized to the rest of the staff for giving Ryan a private office 'though many of you have seniority.'

Kirk, crackers are a family food. Happy families. Maybe single people eat crackers, we don't know. Frankly, we don't want to know. It's a market we can do without.

When I read the preview that Dwight, Andy and Oscar were accompanying Michael to NYC for the meeting, I thought it would be gold, but it ended up being disappointing. Oscar had his chance to shine but just laid an egg. Michael didn't offer anything after riling up the crowd and Andy was just there. Dwight was good in his spots but I really thought this episode would be great, like the Business Trip episode. After the beginning I didn't laugh at all.

Felt like a filler to me.

And was that a Seinfeld knod at the beginning? 'Hate the twirl', 'Don't like the twirl' sounded a lot like 'HATE the Drake!'.

What about Dwight finally getting to speak at the shareholder's meeting (with Andy looking on) despite the fact that the end was supposedly them leaving early in the limo before the 15 min break ended?

That felt more like a "deleted scene."

I think Oscar freezing up in the presence of the board after all of his big talk was just keepin' things real - depressing, but accurate.

Watching some of the early episodes on TBS recently has made me realize just how much Ryan has evolved. He seemed to be the "normal" guy surrounded by idiots (other than maybe Jim and Pam) when the show began, then became the unqualified higher up douche-bag, and now is just a plain old douche-bag. Nice character arc.

There were some nice moments for Jim this week. "I didn't mean to yell, I was just really excited that we found the car".

Whatever,
thanks for pointing out that the DMI stock was plummeting at the end. I didn't catch that the first time!

This isn't the last season is it, because it feels like it could be. That or they can just end this season like Mad Men ended theirs.

Wait, so Polluticorn is an already existing character? That went over my head and I figured it was a Schrute original.

Stanley's delivery and Dwight's "Polluticorn wishes!" were a beautiful thing to behold.

Good to hear Milford mentioned. It must be fun to be a fan of the show living in Scranton.
