Eric Carmen also had a hit with "Make Me Lose Control" The Rembrandts also had "The Way It is Baby" so, no OHW for them. Wang Chung had both WANG CHUNG and Dance Hall Days.

If we're thinking of the same chic, I think it was Jane Childs with "I Dont Wanna Fall in Love". She had weird hair, noserings and dreadlocks down to her ankles. Circa May 1990.. right?
I'd remove Digital Underground from OHW. "Do whatcha' like" , "Kiss me and I'll Kiss you Back" and "Same Song" were all pretty popular. In fact, the trippy-ass college radio station just played "Same Song" the other day. I'm not a huge hip-hop fan, but I thought I heard TuPac on that tune. True?
Kix: I hated these guys, but they had a ton of tunes played on Z-Rock, around 1989. "Blow My Fuse" and "Cold Blood" especially. They had a bunch of minor "hits", before.
Bosstones. I'd remove them, too. "Kinder Words" and "Pictures to Prove It" were in the alt-rock rotation around late 1994/ early 1995. They had a college-radio hit from an earlier album from 1993, but the name escapes me. Plus, their cover of "Detroit Rock City" absolutely destroys!
I'm tempted to add Autograph and "Turn up the Radio". They had about four or five records after their debut album "Please Sign In", but I don't think they every charted.
Whattabout Marcy Playground with "Sex and Candy"? Or BranVan2000 and..whatever that song was they had in early 1998-- "What the hell am I doin, drinkin' in LA...at 26...". Also, who was the alt-rock band that did a cover of NWA's "Boyz N' da' hood", circa 2000?
Most of these guys had one HUGE hit..and several minor ones. But don't get offended, this is more of a trivia thread. It made me remember OMC and Wheatus ("Listen to Iron Maiden, baby, with meeee")!
And if we're thinking about the same Young MC Commercial...
"Hello, I'm Young MC with a story to tell.. I just got a new cup from Taco Bell.. And MTV makes the whole thing fun.. Buy a giant size drink and you'll get one
Four cups in all, so don't stand still.. And if you buy these cups you get a free refill. To get these cups ya gotta' place your order.. So take my advice and make run for the border" (BONG)

Not to mention "Fire Escape", which beats down all their other songs and leaves them in the gutter.
Spacehog MAY be out, depending on how well "Mungo City" did. Although their first album's fucking great.
