I got to see a lot of him when he was the D-Coordinator in Minnesota, and I REALLY hope he doesnt come back. Any team with him as a coach should never even consider fireing him.

He's an amazing defensive coordinator. He doesn't have the first goddamn clue how to put points on the board, because he's so wrapped up in that chickenshit dink offense that he won't get a talented corps of receivers in there to go with a good quarterback. Keyshawn Johnson is fine, but then you get into the rest. Jacquez Green is just Desmond Howard but he actually gets to keep playing WR, Reidel Anthony has been exposed as a complete bust after showing potential his first two seasons, and Karl Williams and Frank Murphy just aren't at a level you'd need from a No. 2 receiver.
Brad Johnson has attempted a TON of passes this year, but what are they worth? The guy completes 25 passes and gets 200 yards out of it. Screen to Dunn, screen to Alstott, passes to the flats, quick out to Keyshawn. That crap doesn't do anything unless you have a running game to back it up, and, on most weeks, Mike Alstott is the most overhyped player in the NFL (and on Madden games -- a 95? Give me a break), and Warrick Dunn has proven time and time again that he is not worthy of being a feature back in an NFL offense, but yet they stick with him.
Dungy will probably try to turn Jim Kleinsasser into Alstott and make the same mistakes with Michael Bennett that have been made with Dunn. And Randy Moss will turn into Keyshawn Johnson -- overly talented and hideously miscoached.
Dungy is a defensive genius, but a moron offensively. You ahve to be pretty good with both to be a great coach, in my mind.
Also, he hasn't won anything. And he really should have at least gone to the Super Bowl at this point. I wouldn't blame them for firing him, but only if they get Bill Parcells as a replacement. If they look to Steve Spurrier, they can kiss their success goodbye.

I agree, it's frustrating watching all the dump passes, but the biggest reason for this is our o-line has played terribly all year and Brad Johnso never has time to throw downfield. And Alstott overrated? Do you watch this guy? What running backs in the league have a better mix of power and finesse moves?
