Dean, your idea about the wrestlers stories of toasting their loads to the Playboy was the funniest thing I'd read all week. I'd buy an entire PPV of just wrestlers telling stories. About masturbation. An you would too!

Hell yeah I would. How hard would it be to pull it off? (So to speak.)
-Mysterio v. Nunzio v. Kidman v. Noble- What was with cutting backstage for it seems a few minutes during the match. I don't know if it's something new they are trying out but stop doing that! That was annoying even if it is Eddie. I can take a quick 5 second guy walking into an arena spot but not an entire backstage chat, dumb. Then they go to commercial. When we come back can we just start from over LoL... We come back and it was very spotty spot spot spot. It kind of felt like an Indy match with alot more talented performers. I hate to use the "S-word" because it sounds very smarky(another S-word) but I could use a little pSychology in my matches. I could never get into this except for 13-minutes of "Look at that spot"
-APA vs. Rikishi/Scotty- Nobody noticed Rikishi after the clothesline from heck. I think he hurt his hamstring because he didn't sell getting knocked out by a clothesline. Right after the 3 count he sat right up clutching the back of his leg... I knew a real fat guy who used to whine about his hamstring all the time. I think the fat in the back of his leg would overtake his hamstring and he'd be clutching it while coming out of cars or getting clothelined and stuff.
-Eddie interview- Did the fans actually kinda boo on Eddie saying he's talking about going with booze and drugs for 2 years. Gawd I hate being associated with wrestling fans at times. Eddie once again gives an emotional speech asking Kurt Angle to be a man and come out and face him. Eddie doesn't show so Eddie goes backstage... Finds Heyman and Dawn who try to calm him, he sees Angle and goes after him but the in process knocks down Dawn. Oh no Dawna Maria is hurt! Heyman throws Eddie out of the arena.
-Lesner vs. Gunn- Why does Billy Gunn always have matches that are way too long for him. 8-minutes and it just bored me. I mean Gunn has no chance in winning this match so why have it go for so long, couldn't get into it... Did Billy Gunn hit some sort of RKO for a 2 count. Billy Gunn and Randy Orton, I can't see a difference can you see a difference.
-Torrie/Sable/Cena interview-Oh crap more crap. Best spot in Torrie's career was holding this dress up. What are they doing, Sable is dancing to Cena's beats which reminds me when I was a teen at my friends house & her mom was trying to act cool by being "hip with us kids" how sad. What is Torrie doing, is she mocking Cena or is she trying to be hip as well, didn't work. What it did do is take the "you can't see me" taunt & made it look uber-lame. Good job Torrie, you usually hurt careers of women you feud with & men you manage. Now you making guys who just walk past you seem lame... Torrie talks about her & Sable being in the ring at the biggest stage at WM it kinda made me ill. What 4 more undeserving people then these 4. It's the "We hang our dignity at the door" match. Sable calls herself classy, Torrie thanks everyone in wanting to see her naked. Haven't been on TV for months & I can't stand them already.
-Mysterio/Cena vs. Chavo/BigShow- Best match of the night I think, even though it was nothing too outstanding or overly memorable but a decent effort. Wow Mysterio actually knocked Big Show down!
-Angle/Eddie confrontation- 5th Horseman got it right, The Chavo's were in on it! At least he didn't brag about it (looks at SD mystery attacker thread, Oh there he is LoL). Still think it makes more sense with Chavo's not knowing what happened but I guess we can't have heels attacking heels or something. Angle actually gave a pretty intense (one of the 3 I's of course)speech on why he feels Eddie is an unworthy champion. A controversial stance but interesting none-the-less... Eddie runs in and attacks Angle as Kurt runs behind the cops who arrest Eddie and take him away which I guess it's a badge of honor for every main babyface these days.
-OtherStuff- As I'm giving credit to poster, some goes to Spiff for calling why Lesner attacked Austin, even though it was dumb as hell for Lesner to attack Austin after knowing he's the ref for his Wrestlemania match but no one ever accused wrestlers of being the most rational thinkers LoL... Did Cole say this is the first inter-promotional match? I guess 3Minute Warning vs. ChuckaBilly and RVD vs. Benoit never happened. That is just sad on WWE research team.
-Line of the Night: Sable "Everybody knows Smackdown has the classiest divas" - this wins for pure absurdity. Putting on an expensive dress doesn't change your class level Sable. -Sign of the Night: "Playboy + Lotion = " - Gotta agree with Geemoney here -3Stars of the Night: 1)Mysterio. 2)Angle. 3)Eddie. - Nothing really stood out in my eyes tonight
Maybe it was me but I never really got into this show. Just the main event and the Eddie and Kurt stuff. Everything else seem uninteresting to me.
smark/net attack wienerville advisory is lowered to BLUE alert - Guarded (Due to Eddie being WWE champ and facing Angle at WM, Benoit winning the Rumble in World title match in mania BUT Kliq members is still a threat - Vince you can save us from these threats) 2/17
Honors for Smartest thing ever written, 5th Horseman "When Victoria, Trish, Molly, and Lilian were in the ring.. I commented to my friends that all of the 4 ladies in the ring were hotter than the all 4 that are fighting over who is the hottest in the WWE"

LOL! I really wasn't bragging because I can still be wrong. I said I thought the story would be that Angle was working with Chavo, Chavo Sr., and possibly even Paul Heyman since Kurt first started getting involved in the Guerrero storyline shortly before Royal Rumble. All Kurt said last night was that he made a deal with Paul Heyman, Chavo, and Chavo Sr. He didn't go into any further explanation. He may have just been talking about last week's SmackDown.
Still think it makes more sense with Chavo's not knowing what happened but I guess we can't have heels attacking heels or something.
The reason I think it makes sense for Chavo and Chavo Sr. to have been working with Angle all along is because of a few of the details in the storyline, especially the fact that Kurt Angle was the person that first brought Chavo Sr. out and introduced him that first time he was SmackDown.
They could still go several directions with this story. I just hope they do tie all of this up and don't just leave it sitting there with no conclusion.
OK, here it goes...Smackdown from probably the worst 4 words put together in wrestling...Kemper Arena, Kansas City. I'll remember it more as a big time NCAA tournament site, like in a few weeks.
Pre: Angle's big head shows up (hey, I got a big-screen, so everything's got to be big). He says he will tell the truth. Of course, we had to add the normal "Why, _____, why?" to the one who just turned heel. Get new material, please!!!
1. Cruiserweight 4-way: It seems like almost every week, the first wrestler to come out is Rey Mysterio. We just can't stand him. Here's what they should do. Have him jump up as usual, but make him go even higher, like out of the building and out of the solar system. So, we got him, Nunzio (who my dad dislikes, because he is a little shrimp), Kidman (who's best period was in WCW against Hogan), and Noble (who's just there). And they interrupt with Eddie walking. Why would they have the promo in the MIDDLE of the match? Argh. Of course Heyman comes in, says the match is cancelled. I had to say "Give us a break" when Heyman talked about Tajiri not in the match is racial discrimination.
2. APA vs. Scotty/Rikishi: Nice match. That's all I could say. I had to laugh a little when Scotty & Faarooq did their little handshake thing, then the one moment Scotty takes his eyes off Faarooq, BAM. Dummy.
3. Eddie Interview: OK, until he left the ring and went to the back. When I saw the local wrestlers, I mean, "cops" with Angle. I thought it was going to be the dreaded "50 feet restraining order" angle. Then Guerrero goes after Angle, cops get him, and Heyman keeps yelling, "Get out of my building." Paul, you're just using the building for one night. You don't own the building.
4. Lesnar/Gunn: Slow match, a little long on that submission move.
5. Torrie/Sable/Cena: Nice tribute to Derrick Thomas by Cena. If he comes to Chicago, wonder who's uniform he would have. There's so many to choose from. Everything's good until...Ugh, him again!!!!
6. Cena/Mysterio vs Big Show/Chavo: Big Show needs a makeover. He's had the same song since he came into the WWF/E, has that caveman gear on. Get something new. Nice match, though.
7. Angle interview: What in the world was that??? Just a lot of moaning and groaning from us on the couch. Then Eddie comes out, attacks, and...AAAAAARGH!!!!! That ridiculous cop angle again to get Eddie rearrested. The "cops" keep telling Eddie to calm down...guys, how about Angle & Heyman? They need to calm down a little. And it ends this way??? Note to Heyman after the program, get a box of throat lozenges. You really needed them.
I don't know what is with these moments in Kansas City. First official Smackdown, HBK superkicks Rock (HBK was guest referee for the match) (I still remember the debut of Smackdown in that time slot). The day after Pillman died, Owen's death, now this. I don't know.
Well, I don't know how we are doing this next week. I got my grandma coming in for the week, and she gets the big screen. I'll just have to tape Raw & Smackdown on the old VCR. I'm sure my parents will spend a lot of time being with her, so the wrestling could be delayed for a few days. I'll be with her too. I will still be looking around, but I probably won't be watching for a few days.

Awwwwwwww, come on now, he always says that :-) It's HIS SmackDown, HIS Arena! Over the top? Yes. It's meant to be!
Personally, I thought SD was pretty good this week. More Mania build up and it was entertaining. Not as entertaining as DEAN's recaps, but could anything ever be? After all, he is a Richmond guy! :-)
Courtesy of True/False on wwe.com Statement #2: You watched the finale of "Sex and the City."
Heyman: True. Because it only whet my appetite even more for the season premiere of "The Sopranos."
Heyman and the Sopranos....its a good day for me :)

Well, he was wearing a K.C. Chiefs jersey of Derrick Thomas, who died in a car accident a few years back while he was still active. I thought he pointed to the name on the shirt, then pointed heavenward. That's how I took it.

I missed that part of the show Thursday night, but I just watched it along with Velocity and Confidential, which I recorded while I was out last night, and that was definitely about Derrick Thomas. There was a section of the crowd chanting "DT", which was Derrick Thomas' nickname, and Cena acknowledged them.
And, I agree with those that commented about how silly Torrie and Sable looked during this segment. One of those situations where I was embarassed for them.
Crikey, Really, all this "Haven't been beaten blahdy blahdy blahdy" is for Character purposes and plot "advancement" (as much as WWF advances anything these days). Hey, Levesque pinned Mean Mark Callous on TBS back in, what, 89, 90?...
