RAW General Manager: Stone Cold Steve Austin, Paul Heyman World Champion: Chris Benoit Contenders: Triple H, Edge, The Undertaker, Kane, Kurt Angle, Booker T Intercontinental Champion: Contenders: Booker T, Rey Mysterio, Rhyno, Hardcore Holly, Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin, Renee Dupree Tag Team Champions: Contenders: Mark Jindrak and Garrison Cade, Womens Champion: Victoria Contenders: Sable, Molly, Lita, Jazz
SMACKDOWN General Manager: Eric Bischoff, Stephanie McMahon World Champion: Eddie Guerrero Contenders: Shawn Michaels, The Big Show, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam United States Champion: John Cena Contenders: Randy Orton, Christian, Billy Gunn, Batista, Maven, Rob Conway Tag Team Champions: Rikishi and Scotty 2 Hotty Contenders: The Dudley Boyz Cruiserweight Champion: Chavo Guerrero Contenders: The Hurricane, Ultimo Dragon, Tajiri, Spike Dudley
THIS IS JUST A ROUGH GUESS BUT COULD LEAD TO GREAT AND NEW MATCHES:
Raw; Chris Benoit vs. Edge The Undertaker vs. Chris Benoit Triple H vs. Edge Kurt Angle vs. Booker T Booker T vs. Charlie Haas/Shelton Benjamin (who should feud amongst themselves too)
Smackdown; Eddie Guerrero vs. Randy Orton Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Jericho Chris Jericho vs. John Cena Shawn Michaels vs. Guerrero/Cena/Van Dam Chavo Guerrero vs. The Hurricane Rob Van Dam vs. Cruiserweights (High spot galore)
Yeah, I think it is really hard to project. All that is for certain is RAW will get Edge and Smackdown will get more talent and it will be mostly heel talent. Steiner might go to Smackdown as he probably wouldn't be missed but have a good last main event run against Eddie & Cena.
I think its more of the same wrong approach for the company. The goal should be NOT have your superstars wrestle each other - to tease major matchups instead. Teasing draws fans in.
This lottery promises to do EXACTLY the opposite: mix up the roster and have people fight everyone else on the roster so that NO matchup is fresh, new, and worthy of being teased. Its a quick fix that may spike a PPV or two in the immediate future, but long-term it is very damaging to the product.
This is more of the same problem that ran the ratings into the ground in the first place.

I dont think Mysterio is goin to Raw. Sd needs him for the cruiserweight division.
I think it will be interesting to see where Undertaker ends up. We all heard that Taker was going to feud with Brock, but that is out of the question now. So what is the contingency plan for Taker? If we see Taker and Kane end up on the same show, I would think it means that they will continue to feud. (Which of course won't really work because of how dominant Taker was going over Kane at WMXX.)
Taker cannot really challenge any of the titleholders right now, because after WM, most of them are faces (Cena, Benoit and Guerrero). He could feud with Big Show, but Show seems to be still involved with Cena. The only topshelf heels that Taker could feud with are HHH and perhaps Angle if Kurt is okay.
THEKINGRAW: general manager:stephanie macmahon ,paul heyman edge taker and cena will come to raw.SMACKDOWN: evolution will be split up orton, batista, jericho will go to smackdown eric bishof will be general manager.
I wouldnt expect to see Shane there. He has just had a new child and proably wants to spend time with him. I also hear he might be used later to help Heyman get ECW up and running. (using his power in the company to proably give him the Velocity timeslot.)

With all the rumors flying about of ECW coming back, WCW coming back... Shane might ("might") also be involved with the WCW angle, since, in storyline terms anyway, I believe he still "owns" it.
So sayeth Randy Stilton, the real Stinky Cheese Man!

Nope. Shane and Steph sold their WCW stock to a consortium (Flair mode)...and that WOO consortium was WOO meeee! I'm your partner!

I think you've got it slightly wrong, Steph and Shane sold their WWF stock to Flair, to pay for WCW and ECW.
As Vince has promised, we're going to see new rivalries, new superstars, etc. This bodes well for a lot of mid- and undercard guys on the roster. Like many have said in another thread, Matt Hardy is probably one worker who stands to benefit a great deal from the shuffle. He's been an uppercard talent in the tag division, but his singles career seems to be stuck in a midcard stall at the moment. Shifting things around could clear the way for him to move up a notch or two on the card.
But there are probably some workers on the roster who will benefit even more, relatively speaking. I'm not saying they'll necessarily move above Hardy on the card, but they'll move much higher than where they are now. (I think I tried to post this as a separate thread earlier tonight, but I think the mods in their infinite wisdom have sent it to the ether because there are enough Lottery threads already, so I'll try this again here, because I don't think anyone has asked this particular question yet....)
Who will benefit MOST?
Here goes....
These are the guys who I believe may (I stress "may") hugely benefit from reorganized rosters on RAW and SD.
First on my list is Lance Storm. He's a great wrestler who can draw strong heat as a heel (see WCW), and who can also play the clown pretty damn well. I think he's probably the most under-used talent in the company right now, and with the right angle and a little bit of a push, I think he could do great things.
Next: Shelton Benjamim. He's been looking great on SD. He's hot on the mic. He turned out great in the gauntlet match this week, and I can't help but think that the WWE is testing him out for a singles push.
Third: Helms. For godsake get him the hell away from Rosey and let him fly.
I know there are probably others who will also benefit, and maybe these are just three guys who I would 'like' to see break out before they get buried for good.
Any other thoughts on who might benefit the most from the restructuring?

I think with Sylven Grenier back to team with Conway, Renee Dupree will begin his singles rise. He is another wrestler like the Harts, The Rock and Orton who has come from a strong background, knows the business and is ready at a young age. This guy will be huge someday and I think WWE is going to give him his first big break on Monday. RVD has the most upside with a possible lottery change. RVD could finally get away from HHH and make a strong world title run. Same goes for Booker T, although I doubt if he will ever win a world title again. Matt Morgan is another young wrestler who needs to move up and now is a great chance. He needs a lot of seasoning but that just just means WWE needs to protect him. Let him win big in small fueds for awhile.
Besides Shane and Steph I'm thinking we're gonna have some returns/debuts at the lottery as every superstar will be drafted. The obvious one is Edge but like last time a lot of superstars returned from injury ect. at the lottey i.e Benoit, Mark Henry, Brock Lesnar (not injury but that's how he got his break), D'Lo Brown. So I think we will also see the likes on Nova, Nick Dinsmore and Johnny Jetter as well as a possible return for Rodney Mack and some break-ups will be coming. Hopefully the Bashams so they can revert back to Doug Basham and Damaja and form their own characters. Also WGTT as both can be strong mid-carders. Make Shelton heel with Angle maybe and put Haas face and lead towards a match at an inter-promo PPV.
