| #1 Posted on 13.2.02 0007.01 | Tajiri has slipped into glorified jobberland after a good initial run. I know he did a tour in Japan awhile ago, but things have been slipping for him for awhile now. Torrie Wilson is slowly sucking his heat away. His matches have gotten shorter and shorter. It's too bad really because he's got a good character that can be used in all sorts of situations.
So how can Tajiri be saved? Well, with no Cruiserweight Division to speak of and him being too small by WWF standards I think you really have to get him a Mikey Whipwreck. He could make a very good half to a tagteam. I would team him with Christian myself. The two of them have similar styles and I think they would playoff each other pretty well.
Then again maybe once the split happens Tajiri will see more time, or maybe the WWF just doesn't need a guy like Tajiri on it's roster.| Promote this thread! | | BenoitFan7

| #2 Posted on 13.2.02 0100.00 | You can't blame Torrie. The WWF stupidly jobbed him out despite the incredible heat he was getting. He came in, did a skit or two with and then was accompanied by Regal, and got over very huge. When did he stop getting heat? When they stopped putting him over anyone and cut his TV time way back. Now he seems unimportant, plus everyone has beat him despite his hot moves. Another big WWF screw-up.

| #4 Posted on 14.2.02 2123.02 | Clearly Tajiri isn't that popular with the internet crowd. This post only got 111 view and 2 replies. Posts about Billy Gunn are replied to over and over again. I'm just saying is all...

| #5 Posted on 17.2.02 0140.24 | Yeah guys. Usually we work ourselves into a frothy lather when someone like Tajiri gets crapped on like this. What's the deal?
Hell, put Tajiri in a feud with Regal for the IC belt. You want a stiff match? THERE'S your stiff match. Even if Edge wins the belt, make the feud happen.
I think if Torrie keeps coming to ringside with him he'll have to be careful not to turn into Essa Rios 2002... or is it too late?!?!? |
