It's either:
A. Hitting a certain threshhold of replies within a period of time, or
B. Hitting a certain concentration of stupid within a period of time
I haven't figured it out yet myself.

Hmmmm. MAYBE. That might take more power than I want to commit to a silly feature. I'll try testing it out later this week (or today, who knows)
