Tough Enough was supposed to tape on the property next to his in Malibu and he went before the Malibu City Council because there was a law against filming that long of a show in the city and they x-nayed it. MTV told him everything would be okay, but he said that his wife, a former dancer with MTV, told him not to trust that network.
