Okay, in late '89/early '90 he was Mr. Perfect's sidekick, helping him score a rare victory over Hogan.
Shortly after that he disappeared.
What happened? Was he signed for a short-term deal with the WWF and it expired? Did he get into trouble behind the scenes and they released him? Anyone know?
Yes, I know in that victory over Hogan, they smashed up the belt with a ball peen hammer and some say it's the hardcore belt. Yes, I know he's also been known as "Leaping" Lanny Poffo and is the brother of Randy Savage. Yes, I know he acted "gay" and it was funny.
So please, just tell me wha hoppen?

I know that he was under contract with WCW for a few years and never used, up until Bischoff was ousted and that other dude (Bill Busch, Banks, Bellamy...someone help me out here) came in to try to fix the books and started making cuts. He was kept under contract, I assume to be eventually brought in, or just kept on the payroll as a favor to Randy Savage. Once bischoff was gone, so was Lanny. I recently saw a picture in a random Muscle Mag with Savage and Poffo. Randy looks just like he has anytime you recently had seen him. Lanny looks really old. No mustache or long hair anymore.
They gotta bring these back!!!: "talk to the hand because the man don't understand." - "The Crippler" Chris Benoit "...and that is the LAST WORD." - "The Big Nasty" Paul Wight and of course: "Don't hate the playa...HATE THE GAME~!" - WCW World Champion Booker T
I rewatched 1996 and 1997 ECW not too long ago, and the bWo is one of the things that really jumped out at me. I was a huge fan back then; a bWo shirt is one of only two wrestling shirts I've ever owned.
