It's a shame for Hardy. At least, he could have gone to SD! but I guess he would still bump into Edge during the PPVs and the supershows.
As far as Rhyno is concerned, I liked him but I am not really upset at his release. Maybe he can land in TNA. It would fit him well because with the smaller talent in TNA, Rhyno will look taller and bigger than in WWE (just like in ECW).
While we all can see the potential for the guy in the WWE.com, I can't say I was encouraged by the way they used him. I hope he isn't relegated to tagging with Jeff again to make ends meet.

I'm losing more and more respect for WWE every day. Matt was great to watch I really liked his style and was entertained whenever he came out. He was the victim in this latest BS but is the one paying for it The world is not a fair place.

Whoooooa, slow down there Preachy. Word was that if anyone was feeling the brunt of management's annoyance it was Edge. We really have no idea what was behind this release. Given the guy's reaction to everything that's happened it's certainly plausible that he asked to be let go, and even if he didn't there's every chance he made some unreasonable demands relating to his return. The fed are very good at holding onto people they perceive as potential assets for the opposition, even if they have no plans for them. Matt Hardy seemed to fit into that category; if a release is their answer to his current problems, then I'd wager that the situation demanded it.
Too bad for Matt. I was looking forward to his return and the return of Mattitude. As for Rhyno, eh. He had been buried long enough for me not to get to worried about this.
I think you're an asshole. No, no, let me correct that, an immature asshole. Which is fine, except that you're marrying my daughter and I'm afraid that my grandchildren are gonna be little assholes.
I hope Matt asked for his release so I can at least entertain the hope that he'll be back at some point. I know he was in a really crappy situation, but I don't think he made the right choice at all. Ah well, he's supposed to be fairly well off financially and I don't think he's going to have any trouble getting bookings.
I hear it's amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hara-kiri Rock. I need scissors! 61!
I find it a little strange that WWE.com would word their statement about Matt's release the way they did if it was he who actually quit, especially since they grouped him together with a guy who was actually let go.
If he did quit, then I'm sad to see him go & I'm sorry that whatever he was going through could only be solved by leaving WWE. If he was released, I guess I can kinda see why WWE would do it (maybe a little), but out of the 3 people in the "triangle", it sucks that HE had to be the one to go.

He shouldn't be feeling the brunt of managements annoyance?
He had an affair with one of his best friends fiancee thereby making it extremely uncomfortable for anyone that had to be around them.
Lets not kid ourselves here, Matt didn't ask Edge to sleep with Lita, Edge and Lita are in the wrong here not Matt.
However, being that this isn't a who is wrong/right thread I hope Matt find success in whatever he ends up doing next, whether thats TNA or another run in the WWE in the future. I defiantly think he's a talented guy and could do some cool things in the future.
The early word I am getting on Matt Hardy's release is that the major reason he was let go is due to how he handled the situation with Lita and [Edge], which of course he went very public with on his website.
Well, it frees Rhyno up to have a Celebrity Deathmatch with his look-alike, "Weird Al" Yankovic (assuming Al was twice his current size--but if you've seen the photo of Al taking his glasses off from the "Off The Deep End" CD Booklet, you'll see the resemblance). Maybe they'll bring him back for one night only at the ECW PPV? At least *delusional thought starting* now that he's gone, his erstwhile tag team partner, Tajiri is free to get the push he deserves. *end delusional thought*

Tajiri's already found a new ManBeast, in the form of William Regal!
He may not have a Gore, but he'll stretch you six ways from Sunday.

If TNA's smart, they make a grab for Matt, and reunite the Hardy Boyz. They pushed a TON of merch for the WWE, and TNA certainly couldn't lose by giving it a go.
Besides, it gives AMW some new faces to play with.
I was so hoping that we'd get to see him on the Raw/Smackdown Supershow coming up next Monday too. I really don't want to have to watch TNA to get my Matt Hardy fix.
