I didn't see it mentioned on the board, but Kristal Marshall was also released sometime in the past week. Looks like they're doing some housecleaning to make room for this year's Diva Contestants.
WILD SPECULATION - with Kelly Kelly's destruction at the hands of Beth Phoenix on Monday and her absence on ECW the next night, one has to wonder if she's next. Normally her absence on ECW this past Tuesday would make sense (to sell the beating), but they also had Balls Mahoney appear and he was happy as could be and didn't appear nearly as despondent as somebody with a huge schoolboy crush on a girl should be the night after she has the ever-loving shit kicked out of her. Of course, there's always the possibility that Creative simply didn't even think of Balls when they were writing either show.

They're cleaning house on girls with phat jungle rumps! I am appalled.
Seems a bit odd (even by WWE standards) that they would let Kelly win the costume battle royal if she was getting released. I was thinking more along the lines of "Kelly Kelly is going to be Beth's next challenger? WTF??", 'cause it sure looked like they were setting up an angle more than squashing someone out.
I haven't watched ECW yet, but if Balls seemed oblivious to it, and apparently no one came out with Miz (kayfabe manager of Extreme Expose).. that does make it look like that angle's been dropped. Maybe Miz is getting 'punished' for beating out Morrison in the fan vote. Kinda like they systematically took away everything that was helping Sandman stay over?
Or to quote No Mercy:
Vince: ... because I give the fans what they want. Crowd: Y2J! Y2J! Y2J! Y2J! Vince (grimacing): I'm not gonna give you that - I'm gonna give you what you *want.
Disclaimer: None of this should be interpreted that I like, or want to see anymore of Extreme Expose. But I think Kelly is worth finding a spot for, somewhere.

I agree. I never cared much for Extreme Expose but not every Diva on the roster needs to be a wrestler challenging for the Women's Title. In a perfect world, WWE would have 12 Trish Stratuses of different looks, alternately gorgeous in a bikini and kick ass in the ring. But we don't live in a perfect world. Plus there's a long standing tradition in wrestling of hot girls just as eye candy or personalities. (Hell, I miss male managers too but that's for another thread.)
Kelly Kelly is good to look at and the Balls storyline has something interesting to it. I preferred her as the "exhibitionist" last year, but regardless there are definitely ways to use someone like her to add "sizzle to the steak" (to use a Jim Ross-ism.)
One of those ways, hopefully, is the annual Playboy spread. Mind you, I'd have loved an Extreme Expose Playboy spread, which I had guessed was on the drawing board, but I guess that's out the window.
Wow, that Cyber Sunday promo REALLY sunk her I guess. I mean, Michelle McCool had less votes in that costume contest.
FANTASY BOOKING ALERT!
What WWE perhaps should do is to have Miz come out next week on ECW, and he can talk about how he had to drop Brooke because he found out that she was telling Kelly Kelly to date Balls. Miz can force Kelly to either face the Glamazon on ECW or Raw, or be fired with Brooke.

I'll echo the sentiment, NHS, that I always enjoyed your Confidential reports. Didn't get to see the show as often as I would have liked, but I did enjoy the concept (hey, I even bought that 'Best of' DVD!).
