I'm partial to the series of videos that cracked.com has done about Star Wars, the second part of which is about Boba Fett. They take the same POV that you do.

Recast them in their old age? Because Episode VII is supposedly set 30 years after Return of the Jedi. Why would you recast them? And I'd have to believe die hard original trilogy fan JJ Abrams is foaming at the mouth to get to direct Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford.

Not to mention JJ cast Leonard Nimoy in Star Trek so he's down with working with original cast members.

Also, dude, agree wholeheartedly on Boba Fett. I have never, ever understood what people saw in that character. He's just a helmet and a jetpack to me.

And Darth Vader is just a mask and a cape. He chops off one whiny kid's hand and the Emperor does everything else. And yet he's treated liked the baddest villain in movie history. So yeah, Boba is overrated but he's not even the most overrated character of the franchise.

Don't be a fool. Vader walks in as a pimp into carnage his men created, chokes bitches around, kills Obi-wan, one of the main characters and then a ton of rebels including R2 before being blindsided by Han before he almost kills Luke. That is just the first movie. He is a complete and total bad ass in Empire. Fett does one thing which is capture Han which he had to call Vader on to actually get the job done. Vader is the best villain in cinema, because he also has a character arc.

Fett's arc is get told off by Vader, sees the Falcon, calls Vader, gets Han who is enclosed in carbonite and not a threat in any way to him, lounges around Jabba's palace, gets his ass kicked by Luke and then Han pushes him into the Sarlacc pit. End of fucking story.

The Wee Baby Sheamus.Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.

Kind of a dumb argument when six movies are about Darth Vader. I've goofed on Vader too, (backofthehead.com) but attacking Vader as a character doesn't explain what's so compelling about Boba Fett. Little clone boy sees his father's head chopped off, becomes a bounty hunter, transports a guy encased in carbonite to his fat slug boss, and dies in a giant sand vagina.

Yeah, Street Fighter bit was awesome. I too like the Brian and Quagmire feud, so this was a solid episode for me. Any time they get away from the "how dumb can we make Peter act?" storylines, that's a positive.
