I don't get it. Last night on the PPV Edge came out and hyped his new talk show "the cutting Edge", including his hilarious Mark Henry reference. The announce team said his show would debut tonight, did everyone forget about this? Apparently RAW did, because I didn't see it...
Meltzer said on his site that the show was supposed to debut with Edge interviewing HHH. Maybe someone decided that the entire 'talk show' thing has been done too many times over the past couple of years.
January 4th 1999 - The day WCW injected itself with 10 gallons of Liquid Anthrax...AKA...The day Hogan "Defeated" Nash to win the WCW title in front of 40,000.
The most logical explanation would seem to be that Edge is being punished for his little "steroids" comment during the PPV ... not exactly the best time to be making one of those types of jokes.
I'm fairly sure that anything of that nature would have been run by the front office beforehand. And they weren't shy about trivialising Eddie's death last night, so I don't see why a more subtle cheapening of it two days previous would rile them so much.

While my $$$ is still on HHH, I would not be surprised if Jericho wins. Why?? The build up hasn't been about the belts, it's been about HHH getting Steph. So the 100% prediction is that Steph gets Pedigreed, but he may not get the belt.
