A very well-done episode. Great ending with Junior shooting the kid (there's an odd sentence) and the groan-inducing but admittedly very funny line about old habits dying hard.
"It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball
Reading Davidson's career bio just made me feel really old. I found it funny how SNL relegated Tim Robinson from cast back to the writer's room because he allegedly wasn't a fit on-camera, only to replace him with the even worse O'Brien.
