Man, if you just attach "Episode" to the end of this title, you can sum this one up in a nutshell. Ok, that isn't fair to say, but it was somewhat clever.
This one actually didn't suck anymore than some of the last few episodes. Surprising, considering it was another one centered around Holt. Having said that, I loved the casino filled with Holts, which reminded me of that great Simpsons gag a while back when they landed in Bronson, MO.

I don't think Marie was gloating at all. She was genuinely concerned about Flynn and Holly's futures and, like she said, Sky had shown enough worry about Walt in the past that Marie believed she really wasn't on board with the Heisenberg actions.
