|  #1 Posted on 16.11.09 2316.30 | Instant Rating: 4.32 | This is really the episode that showed me more than anything that Cleveland can be capable of carrying a show. He single-handedly brought the funny while simultaneously making himself such an endearing character.
The B-plot of Cleveland Jr. running for student council as a blind candidate looked to be a miss, but I have to say that I got a major laugh out of Rallo giving the cliched "It's a miracle!" and everyone actually buying it.
I think the show's quietly getting better.

I wouldn't say it's up to the level of 'American Dad', which has been firing on all cylinders this whole season, but it was a solidly funny show to watch this week. The A-story ended a bit awarkdly IMO, but there was plenty of good laughs to be had, especially with Cleveland & the blowup doll. Rallo's horrified reaction to seeing the two at dinner was the highlight of the ep., though the bit with Mr. Flippers had me rolling, it was so randomly stupid.
