I know you're a feminist and I think that's adorable, but this is grown-up time and I'm the man.

I remember buying the action figures and comic books. Jim Carrey would have been perfect for Murdock, but I'll give this guy a chance. Nice to see some original actors will have roles/cameos.

As long as the bad guys don't turn out to be crooked watermelon farmers each time.

BUT, it looks weird to me. The actors look like SNL sketches of the A-Team and the special effects look like what we saw in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Who the hell knew Bradley Cooper was so ripped and jacked?

It doesn't need anything more. Looks good. Not a "Must See 1st night" movie for me, but it oes look like a lot of fun.

I can't wait to take the kids to it. If it retains any of the charm and humour of the first series, then it's going to be an absolute joy to watch.

Copley is stinking up the joint on set, apparently. His lack of experience is really being exposed.
I saw this last night, based on the life of Ip Man, the martial artist who lived through World War 2 and went on to teach Bruce Lee. Part of it was stylized action, part more subtle "art house" style storytelling.
