If it wasn;t for Chris Jericho, I do not think I could sit through a whole RAW anymore. he is literally carrying RAW for me. He has a awesome slow burning feud with Austin going that will/should culminate at Wrestlemania XX. he has a tag partner and a great sidekick in Christian that can hold there own against any tag team on RAW. And now, it looks like he could have a mini fued with either RVD or Lance Storm.
He mic skills have been superb and his in ring wrestling has been awesome. He is also a great company guy who is putting the good of the WWE ahead of his own personal well being. The list of wreslters he has put over is huge (see John Cena before he was big).
I hope he gets another title run because he deserves it. His last title run, marred by the mr and mrs HHH) would have killed most other wrestlers, but Jericho came back strong and is the best thing on RAW.

Give him another run Vince. Now.
Yuk, another mini feud with RVD/Storm? Believe dat?!
There's not many I like on Raw apart from a couple, and one of them is Jericho. I find him really entertaining, especially as a heel so hopefully things will stay as they are
Unlike ItalianJob, I like this Jericho/RVD/Storm/Christian feud.
For one, it only makes sense that Christian should try and chase the IC title that he just lost. In fact, this is one aspect of Christian's character that I don't think gets proper recognition - regardless of how the writers treat the title, Christian treats it like it's the biggest deal in the world and something he values. It's only natural that he wants after RVD to get it back. I also think Christian's super-spaz personality makes a good contrast to RVD's laid back stoner and could result in an entertaining feud the same way DDP and Christian were able to play off one another 18 months ago.
I can't be the only one who likes the idea of a Jericho vs. Storm feud. Keeping Storm with Goldust long term doesn't help him, but putting him side by side opposite Jericho makes him seem like he matters. And was that a face pop I heard last night for Storm? I don't care if it's because he gave Steve Austin credit for his new attitude, or the fact that he was opposite Jericho...most guys need a rub of some kind to get going, and if that's what it takes to get people to start cheering for Lance Storm, fine. A feud with Jericho would bring out the best in Storm - both in the ring and with his new funtime shtick - and give him the best chance to succeed in his current role.
I too like this feud, and hope it ends up being much more than just a mini-feud. Fuck the main events. Just keep these four together, and I'd be happy. It's pretty much down to these guys that I actually watch this show anymore.
If they wanted to throw some Hot Sauce onto the Storm-Jericho feud, Austin would eject Jericho from the Highlight Reel, installing Storm as the host in his stead. (Austin could give Jericho an IC title shot against RVD as consolation, but then "screw" him by making the match a Hardcore Match.)
In the meanwhile, Storm could have the Rock as his guest "via satellite," which could be interrupted by The New People's Champion. Lance could lay the verbal smack down on Christian, which gives Lance a HUGE rub. (As an aside, "Dance Lance Dance" has potential to be a huge chant/catchphrase; I'd have Rock start it.)
The next week, Austin and Bischoff could compromise by making Storm & Jericho co-host the show, and they could have Booker T as their guest. They could bicker until a melee ensues, which damages the Jeritron 5000. Lance would of course dance...
Lance Storm's Highlight Reel? I love it. And it would get Austin in a role that suits a man in his position...as a foil for a feud between two wrestlers, rather than mired in a storyline that is exclusively wrestler vs. non-wrestler.
I hope someone from WWE has read madiq's post, because that idea would rock!
I'm kicking myself for not watching RAW this week for the (apparently) developing IC Title picture. Just think, with the infusion of a couple of more capable wrestlers in this situation, we could have a 'RAW six" on our hands (but I can definitely settle for a RAW Four)!
Chris Jericho in my opinion is very rare in that he is in many ways like an old school heel insofar as his approach, because like the great heels of the 1980s, he can rile up the crowd, generate heat for his opponent NOT at the expense of others (HHH in certain cases) and creates the desire for fans to want to boo him in all the right ways. He totally would fit in in the mid-late 80s NWA or the UWF (granted, that would require a time machine and would alter the timeline ala Hatter X {old Online Onslaught column})
On one hand for instance, Jericho's Highlight Reel segments are entertaining and he can elicit face heat, but then seemingly, on the turn of a dime, he can act cowardly or pull something that makes the fans WANT to see him bet his a$$ kicked (Highlight Reel with Austin a few weeks ago, Y2J's demands of SCSA's firing as GM, Jericho's color commentary during the Country Whippin' match, versus Nash in the Hair vs. Hair match, the awesome match he had against RVD about a month or so ago). Need I go on?
My wish would be to see Y2J programmed against Goldberg for the World Heavyweight Title after Kane. HHH certainly doesn't need to be given the title back right away because he's still at the center of the Goldberg bounty angle.
At any rate, I think I've ranted enough. So to close, Y2J is the MAN, and hopefully, in time, he'll get a push that's worthy and reflective of his contribution to the RAW brand.

I'm going to this show and reallly wish we were getting Balor/Nakamura and the IIconics/Asuka & Sane on this card, instead of say, the "Graveyard Dogs" tag match.
