You hear correct. From what I understand, there's a March release date. According to Geddy, it's the heaviest music they've ever done. If you're a Rush fan, you should check out alt.music.rush, or if you don't have a newsreader, Google alt.music.rush. We need more people there who know what the terms "mark out" and "jobber" mean.
