If you've got a full version of Acrobat (meaning, NOT Acrobat Reader), you can do a "Save As..." and save the PDF in Rich Text Format. You should be able to open it in Word no problem.
If you don't have the full version of Acrobat, well, I don't know what to tell you. If it's not super-sensitive info, PM me and I can do it for you...
