Isn't this strike 47 or so for Pritchard? Or was his job to "forget" and let contracts expire?

IWC before there was an IWC.

A lot of bad signs here, but it will all depend on Spike wanting TNA and Bob Carter willing to continue supporting Dixie.

If they were really serious about cutting costs, they need to get rid of Hogan who costs them around a million a year and has not helped them at all.

If I'm TNA, I let Sting go to WWE. He's done everything he can in TNA, let him leave on good terms. Then I get rid of Hogan, Bischoff and their kids. Then I try and beg Gabe Sapolsky to do some sort of talent sharing deal with TNA and EVOLVE/DGate and make him head booker of TNA.

If TNA does fold, do you see WWE buying them out WCW-style (acquiring their tape library and some of their contracted wrestlers), and maybe doing another (God help us) inVasion angle, or do they just let them fade away?

If TNA's tape library ends up up for grabs, relatively cheap, I can't see Vince passing up the opportunity, quite frankly.

As far as talent goes:

Ya gotta bring in Beer Money, Austin Aries, Sting, AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, Christopher Daniels, Bully Ray, Chris Sabin, et cetera. I'd love to see a reunion of LAX in WWE.

If we're buying all TNA trademarks, you MUST bring in the X Division title.

And even though he's old and can't go the way he used to be able to, I would mark out for Sting, WWE Champion.

The question for me has always been can TNA still draw around a 1.0 with nothing but younger cheaper talent along with a few home grown guys and maybe an aging vet or two who will work cheap. It would probably have to be a one hour show and be wrestling driven with a few very basic angles, but it's what I've always wanted them to do and they have never seemed interested in doing it.

Well, they hovered around 1.0's before Hogan got there, so I'd think they could at least maintain that without the older guys who don't wrestle much like Hogan and Sting.

I wouldn't just cut everyone over 40 though. I think Angle and Bully are guys that have a good balance of name value, but also in-ring product.

Yes, but if it is not on my television dial somewhere I am probably missing out on it.

Of course if this is the answer to my original question well then that's just a damn shame.

Sure. Hornswoggle needs to pad his championship resume.

The Impact Zone suddenly doesn't look so bad anymore.
