Just wondering who will have matches on the card if the person to face Triple-H isn't decided until the night. Will some people have 2 matches or what?

I mean the card seems to be:

World Championship Fan's Choice Match
Triple-H vs. Randy Orton/Chris Jericho/Edge/Chris Benoit/Other

Fans Decide the Stipulation
Shawn Michaels vs. Christian

Womens Championship Fan's Choice Match
Trish Stratus vs. Stacy Keibler

Fans Decide the Stipulation
Kane vs. Gene Snitsky

Fans Decide the Stipulation
Eric Bischoff vs. Eugene

World Tag Team Championship Fan's Choice Match
La Resistance vs. Rhyno & Tajiri/Hurricane & Rosey/Random Team/Evolution

I mean one plan would be to have only faces up for the main event and the winner gets Triple-H and the two top runner-ups get Batista and Ric Flair in a tag match.

...and that's the bottom line cos jk sed so

I could see the Christian vs. HBK match being more of match where fans would decide to see the type of style of match rather than the stipulation. It would probably be much more interesting to see a steel cage match or even a ladder match between these two guys than a "If Christian loses Tyson Taco wears goat horns for a month" match.

I really can't get into the whole "Taboo Tuesday" thing after seeing how Vince totally manipulated the results for the Diva contest. If alot of the voting was rigged in the diva contest (Carmella making it all the way to the end for example), then why should I take Taboo Tuesday seriously ?

Also.....according to the opinions of alot of people, even the polls on WWE.com are manipulated.

See, where I'm worried is that they'll set it up so that Triple H is clearly feuding with Orton (and yelling at Benoit on the side) where the only "viable options" are an either/or. Two options, no more. And I worry that they'll have Triple H set Orton's mom on fire, on the show before the pay-per-view, enraging fans and almost guaranteeing that Orton wins.

Either that or they'll just make the voting page look like this:

World Championship Fan's Choice Match
Triple H v. Randy Orton
or
Triple H v. The Legend Killer
or
Triple H v. A Man of Destiny
or
Randy Orton v. HHH
or
Randy Orton v. The Game
or
Randy Orton v. The Cerebral Assassin

So many options!

According to Meltzer's update today, they're gonna let fans vote on both HHH's challenger and Jericho's challenger. The latter I find interesting, as it not only takes Jericho out of the picture to challenge Hunter, but with the way they've been setting the stories Shawn Michaels probably wins that vote, taking him out of the world title vote as well. Eugene's fighting Bischoff, Benjamin just came back, HHH vs. Benoit has been done a hundred times, meaning none of those faces are gonna have people flocking to their computers to vote.

That leaves Orton, and they probably don't have to rig the thing at all.

Can anyone vote for the matches or do you have to pay or fulfill any kind of conditions to do it?

As would I as long as they really work on improving the chemistry between these two guys in ring. The slow paced, interference laced drivel I saw and paid for @ Unforgiven won't be cutting it anymore if they want to continue to make Orton look legit as the number one face.

We NEED to set it up so that Orton challenges JERICHO for the IC title, and HHH faces Batista. C'mon, you know fans want to see Dave in the main EVENT!

Of course the polls are manipulated. The opinions of one or two "fans" who can vote multiple times can sway the results in bizarre directions. The fan's favorite wrestler of 2001 (in a tournament format) was Steve Blackman, thanks in large part to a fan I know with 70 or 80 thousand votes. Matt Hardy also was in the top 4.

The WWF website at the time was hyping the results throughout the tournament, but the final results were buried...

Maybe they've learned something from it, in the past few years. However, if we're allowed to write in opponents, why not include Vince or Shane? Any other suggestions should please be kept in good taste, i.e., no Big Bossman suggestions.

Batista would bitch-slap HHH like nobody's busines. I can just imagine Dave beating HHH's ass and talking trash with each word.

Oh. (slap) You. (punch) MADE. (stomp) Us?! (boot to nads)

Two hours later they decided to stop at a diner
Because they loved the smell of eggs and coffee
I just had to smoke a cigarette and wear a hat
By the time that they set off again, the sun was starting to set
It made the sky look red like a nuclear ray
One of them said "what do you want more than anything
in this whole wide world
Do you want money, do you want sex, or do you want all that success?"
I thought about that one myself
(Then they came upon the thing)

WWE? Rig a poll? C'mon now!

Hey, how about we have the #1 contender decided in a Karate Fighters tournament? I mean, even Vince McMahon couldn't rig one of THOSE things.

I really was hoping for Batista to turn face with Orton so this could happen. That's still a way they could go though, with the two younger guys from Evolution aginst the two legends of Evolution. It would make much of this Orton face angle way more entertaining.

I'd rather see Bob Orton Senior's grandson vs. Tera Ryzing....but seriously...I wanted Y2J vs. Trips damn it!....the voting is gonna take place just 24 hours before the damn thing....how the heck are they gonna plan their matches when they don't know what the results are gonna be?... I also think they will have a way better voting system instead of people multiply voting...heck, Tomko vs. Richards was voted best Unfrgiven match with a whopping 40%!

Iīd like to see:

1) Jericho v Benoit for the IC title
2) La Resistance v Tajiri & Rhyno for the tag titles
3) Eugene v Bischoff in a strap match
4) Kane v Snitsky (or whatever his name is)
5) Orton v Flair in a first blood match
6) Michaels v Christian in a cage match
7) Batista v Regal
8) Triple H v Jericho (Yes - Jericho wrestles
twice...again!) in the first ever one on one TLC match!

I think:
*Chris Jericho vs. Shelton Benjamin for the Intercontinental Championship
*Eugene vs. Eric Bischoff in a "if Eugene loses he leaves Raw, if Bischoff loses Eugene is the new General Manager!"
*Shawn Michaels vs. Christian in a First Blood Match
*Trish Stratus vs. Christy Hemme in a Bra and Panties Match for the Womens Championship
*Kane vs. Gene Snitsky in a "Winner Marries Lita (again)" match
*La Resistance vs. Hurricane and Rosey in a "Mask vs. Title match" for the World Tag Team Championships
*Chris Benoit vs. Batista in a "No Interference Street Fight" for No.1 Contendership for Survivor Series
*Triple-H vs. Randy Orton in a "Triple-H is Buried Alive Match (loser is actually buried and never seen again) for the World Championship

Question: When will voting take place? Someone said a day beforehand, but that CAN'T be right.

Also, if the voting IS manipulated, and assuming they do go with Orton v Hunter, what can they do with that match. Orton loses AGAIN, or a pointless Title switch. Perhaps even a screwjob. None of those things are good.
