The midnight express-bomb music, it was takin form the movie Midnight Express.

the hurricanes music before what it currently is . when he first became the hurricane his music was a rap beat and it was phat. The last time i heard it was a sunday afternoon house show here. the next night raw in toronto it was changed to what it is currntly now. They should have kept the rap in my opinion.

which theme is the austin "disterbed"....

was it his allice theme(which ithought rocked for him as heel) or the remix of his old music when he came back form injury . the one used at WMX7?

bpoth were killer and should have been his theme when he turned face last november, not his old est music which sound just that-OLD

One theme I absolutely loved was The Great Muta's music in 1989, and it's totally chilling at the beginning of Wrestle War '89. His music plays, there's no commentary, Muta comes out, and DESTROYS Doug Gilbert in three minutes.

I also liked Rock's theme from late 1998 (the version on WWF The Music Vol.3).

And hey! What about Jake "The Snake" Roberts' theme in the WWF? Classic!

Jake Roberts "trust me" theme. When jake was terrozing Savage and Liz he was SO COOL.

Rockers theme. And even not being the biggest warrior fan his music. Back in the day when you heard those themes we used to go apeshit. Thats when pay per views came out on vidio less then a week after the event.

evil doink and owen harts high energy theme were bomb shit also.

BUT.... my fav of all time was mid to late 80s nwa.
road warriors IRON MAN. every sat day night hearin thawt music was off cuz they looked like theyd legitamitly rip your head off. Having ozzy sing it doesnt hurt either.

That theme - "Glass Shatters" - was by the band Disturbed (big hit: "Down With the Sickness"). If you've heard that song, it's the theme that sounds like that, kinda. If not, it's the one with vocals with the guy singing (?) "STEP UP", and then he repeats "I'M BREAKING THE LIMIT INSIDE YOU STOP BEGGING SOMEONE TO HIDE YOU." It's available on the "Forceable Entry" CD.

Actually, their big hit was "Stupify". "Down With The Sickness" came later, after "Voices" kinda flopped.

To be specific, "Chase" from Giorgio Moroder's soundtrack for "Midnight Express".

And now to interject a little WCCW - Kerry Von Erich's theme, "Tom Sawyer" by Rush. A very cool intro twenty years ago - would be absolutely fabulous today with a video-and-light treatment added.

    Whaddidyasay?

That and "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck" by Grimspoon always got me pumped. Booker T's, just for longevity's sake. I'm glad that's one entrance WWE did not take away from an incoming WCW wrestler.

And no-one's a fan of "Gettin' Rowdy"? Damn. ;P

I thought "Snap your fingers, Snap your neck" was by Prong?

"Walk" was awesome, it's too bad they won't use it in WWE but RVD's music there is pretty good. The version on Forceable Entry SUCKS BALLS though. Apparently they have different versions for the shows... and that's a good thing.

I LOVE Angle's theme, even the "metal-mix" he had for like two friggin' weeks last year.

CHRISTIAAAAAAAN!!!!

The Hardy Boys have great entrance music, perhaps one of the oldest ones currently being used. They should NEVER change it.

Undertaker's new one rules. Period.

I like Flair's but they should not have added the "WOOOOO".

The Horsemen theme... awesome.

Jericho's theme music on the Forceable Entry CD. I don't get why he doesn't use it now.

Lots of WCW stuff I didn't like but Kidman's and the Hitman's themes were great.

who?

It was, originally. When ECW released their CD (I forget the name) they had other bands cover that, "Walk", "Enter Sandman"... I think a bunch of other ones, but those're the ones that stick out in my mind.

None of them held a candle to the originals, IMO, and this is coming from someone who thinks Pantera hasn't put out a decent song in their entire career.

How can you not nominate Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd? That guitar sequence at the end is awesome.

All American Boys is great. Iron Man is great. Keiji Mutoh's BATT Theme (the one he used when he won the triple crown from Tenryu) is hauntingly beautiful. And Terry Funk with the theme from "Once Upon A Time In The West" (Man with a harmonica) is just haunting.

I don't recall one. However, I remember an angle of a guy turning face because of his "brother." In the late 80's, Jim Cornette threw a fireball at Ronnie Garvin and hurt him badly (onscreen anyways).
