So I'm looking for something to record myself as I try to learn a new language and to chart my tones. It has to work for a Mac. The one that was recommended to me, WASP, I can only find as a .exe, and the only one I can find for a Mac that seems to do what I want, called CECIL, has a recording limit of three seconds. Also, it should be free. Enough free programs exist for Windows computers that I've got to believe one exists for Macs that I'm just not finding.
Well right after I posted this, I found this helpful list of programs on Wikipedia, so I'll be checking them out and I'm sure one of them will work. But if anyone has any specific recommendations, I'd still be interested in hearing them. :)
Seen it a lot. My first suggestion, take to another PC and try it on a few other CD-roms. I expect the disks are CD-RW disks - right? The burn is not as deep as CD-Rs. I hardly ever CD-RW disks ( have a jump drive for re-writable data).
