John Cena vs. CM Punk, WWE Championship Match, Triple H as special referee: Cena wins with Triple H getting involved in the outcome. Possible Alberto Del Rio cash-in, especially if Punk retains.
Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix, Divas Championship Match: Beth wins.
Mark Henry vs. Sheamus: Henry wins here, but Sheamus looks good and the feud continues.
Added on Smackdown: Daniel Bryan vs. Wade Barrett: Bryan could use the win after the loss to ADR on Friday night.

John Cena vs. CM Punk, WWE Championship Match, Triple H as special referee: This is the hardest call of the night. Somebody's getting screwed and I think it's going to be Punk. Johnny Ace rings the bell, RINGS THE DAMN BELL when Cena clamps on the shitty STF. Hunter lays out both guys after the match. Del Rio (who conspicuously isn't booked) cashes in for the title.
Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix, Divas Championship Match: This has the easy makings of a fluke win. Kelly wins on a fluke rollup. We'll get a rematch later where Beth will totally destroy her.
Mark Henry vs. Sheamus: The Mark Henry reign of terror ends here. Sheamus wins and challenges for the title at the next PPV. The more I think about it, the more I'm going to go with the good old-fashioned "both guys brawl to the back" double countout finish.
EDIT:
Daniel Bryan vs. Wade Barrett: This has the makings of a good feud, so I'm going with Barrett to get the win here.

Granted one of these matches is pretty huge, but they couldn't put a little more effort into building a card around it? Yeah, we have the World Title match which should be interesting, Henry/ Sheamus and we'll get Miz/Rey thrown in late and it will be good, but a little more effort into the undercard would help make this SS actually seem like one of the Big Four PPVs.

Sooo, that leaves commercial/tv appearance guy the Miz, MitB holder Daniel Bryan, MitB holder Alberto Del Rio, R Truth, Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston, etc. with nothing to do. Considering they'll have time for C-Lo, Either they're giving everybody a TON of time for their matches or they'll just have some unannounced action.

I have a hard time seeing ADR walk out champion, what with Triple H getting involved and screwing Punk... they don't need MORE wacky booking on top of that, and I see them saving ADR's win for a couple more months (to get the belt on a heel going towards Mania and moving Cena to Rock).

You're right. They certainly could NEVER position a feud without a clearly defined "good guy" versus a "bad guy," particularly when both of them are still shades of gray. (I'm editing this as that last line basically means that Orton is a flat-out heel in my world, because I'm just not a fan.)

Divas Title: Kelly Kelly v. Beth Phoenix- I don't know why, but I will say Kelly Kelly retains.
