The first segment was a great spoof of "The Office". Had they stuck with this for the whole episode (especially because they actually had a plot-related reason for having a documentary crew there), it would have been total greatness. But the plot of Francine...having her face melted off actually worked just fine. Though I shouldn't be surprised that they DID end up showing us Francine's messed-up face.

And it should go without saying that Patrick Stewart ruled the universe.

Stan: Are you nuts? You hired my wife?
Bullock: So? I also banged your daughter. And remember your 4th of July barbecue? I muff-punched your gram-gram. She was just too senile to know it.
Stan: Work is where I come to socialize! Having Francine here will ruin that. How would you like it if your wife worked here?
Bullock: Oh, I'd love it! Is there an opening for a woman who bangs every black man she meets in a Red Lobster parking lot?

Awesome episode. Seriously, this is why I think of AD as the best of the Seth shows right now and get annoyed when it gets turfed out on hiatus for crap like 'The Cleveland Show'. Stan/Francine working together and flirting with the co-workers was pretty funny all around. All the characters were clicking, from Director Bullock to Lorraine. My favorite was 'Butch Johnson', the Chinese spy disguised as a co-worker. My only complaint (and its a very slight one) is having him killed; he would have been a great character to play off of in future episodes.

The B-Plot with Steve and Roger in the birdhouse business was great as well. I laughed especially hard at the bird family dying in the house collapse and the aqua bot, making me both morbid and weird. It was so good, I really think it could have been the main plot on its own episode. Steve not being surprised about Roger OD'ing at the end was funny as hell.

Far and away, the best show of the night. But seriously, does anyone know anything about the launch codes?

No, I'm glad they killed the launch code guys, its probably what they should have done to some of the characters in the Office. Awesome episode.

Yeah, pretty good episode, though I thought the B-plot was somewhat weak. Not necessarily in the story, just how it was presented. The bird family dying was pretty grotesque, and not really entertaining. I too thought they could've continued the documentary-style plot for the entire episode. I was kinda disappointed that they just ended it.
