I don't care WHY he's wearing the baggy pants, they still look absolutely ridiculous on a guy in a mask. I feel confident I'd be saying that about someone who I wasn't familiar with, too, so this isn't just about wanting Rey to look like he did before losing the mask.
Moreover, people still bought Austin and his visible, enormous knee braces in the ring, so why the need to hide the braces?
Another interesting show with actual creativity from the writing staff (worked production slip-ups, Kelly Kelly intentionally breaking kayfabe, "Cryme Tyme Customs") even if again the wrestling action was lacking in substance.
